SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.GRACEiousliving.com. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live, and to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.  Below are details about our shipping policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are estimated shipping charges.  

Standard shipping 5-7  business days $ 7.95 

Express service 2-3 business days $24.95     

We regularly offer promotions with FREE Shipping on orders over $75.  Some items may have additional shipping/handling charges.  These items and pricing will be noted on the specific product page.  Delivery delays, especially during holiday times, may occasionally occur.  For express service, we will ensure we ship according to carrier guidelines for delivery within 2-3 days.  We reserve the right to select carriers and may use regular shipping services if delivery within that timeframe is guaranteed.  Shipping delays by carriers that are outside our control may occur and we cannot be held liable for carrier or act of nature delays.   

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

GRACEiousliving.com ships to addresses within the contiguous U.S.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

GRACEiousliving.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

GRACEiousliving.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.  

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in the event a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by our carriers.  You will receive tracking information once the order is sent and again when delivered.  If you prefer to require the carrier to require a signature from you, you may change your shipping preferences or request that we require a signature upon delivery when you place your order.  

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
