Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase!
If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we'll work with you to make it right! Here are the details:
- Full priced items, in original packaging and original condition (unworn, unused and tags attached) may be returned for refund or exchange within 21 days of delivery date. A $7.95 return label fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Refunds will be applied to payment method used at time of purchase.
- Seasonal and holiday items are not returnable.
- To start a return, please send an email to sales@graceiousliving.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We'll reply within two business days with instructions and a return authorization number. To ensure items are credited correctly, please wait for a return authorization number before shipping back.
- Refunds or credits on approved returns will be applied within two business days upon receipt of product in our warehouse. The date credits are applied to your account may vary according to your bank's policies.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns under our refund policy.
- Certain items, such as food and personal care items, cannot be returned.
- Our product selection is always changing to ensure fresh, new items are always in our store. As a result, we cannot offer price adjustments on previous purchases or rainchecks.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
In case of damage, please take photos of the product and shipping package. These photos may be needed to file a claim with our shipping provider.
Please make sure to use a safe and secure delivery location. You will receive an email confirmation when the package is delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after tracking information has been posted.
